- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Went in for my "experience" visit to see just how this place was, and I can say this much. Their customer service manager treated me like absolute Garbage. I would give you names, but the policy on reviews is, I can't and am NOT allowed to for my safety and the privacy of the person(s) i am reviewing. I am a very polite and absolutely professional person and I ask some very detailed questions about stuff. Not saying what. So it's not a give-away whom I am. The overall visit was awful. Outright awful. I spoke with a man about some different things such as mortgages, loans and interest rates. When we asked about qualifications on these different loan types, it was a total bust. So was this the bank to go to for Nebraska? There answer simply put is no. I would also note to the owner, Don't bother responding, I won't be back ever again. You see, when you offer services to the public, they want FAIR, reasonable rates, not stiffed rates where you rake people over the coals and hose them over.
