  I started being represented by Josh Johnson after my previous lawyer, abruptly quit on me, with no recommendations on anyone else to represent my case. I was in the military, stationed at, Fort Campbell at the time. Luckily, my mom helped out and found me a list of lawyers that I could call and get a feel for. Josh listened to me, and from the very beginning, I could tell that he legitimately cared. At the time, I felt like it was me vs. the world. I will always appreciate what Josh did for me. I don't live in or around, Grand Island or Hastings, but I would recommend Josh to anyone.

  When needing an attorney you want to get the right one the first time. I met Chris Johnson in a court case. I was asked to be a witness by both parties in a court case and boy was that hard. I could tell right away that I liked Chris Johnson as an attorney by far between the two attorneys. Chris worked hard for his client and when Chris wasn't getting what he wanted out of me boy did he turn the heat on. I got a little heated up and I thought to myself later that is a good attorney. I knew which case was going to win by the attorneys. And of course you can guess who won of course it was Chris Johnson. I met with Josh Johnson when I was needing an attorney and I could tell he was a lot like his father so I went with Josh. I had experience with Chris so I trusted Josh. Josh was just as good as his father. I really thought Josh did a excellent job with everything I was needing from an attorney. I don't live in Hastings and Josh was worth driving out of town to get. Drive the extra mile to get what you want. I highly recommend Josh or Chris as an attorney. I have already recommended Josh to other people who have used Josh as well.

  I had a Workers Comp Claim that Scott Pauley helped me with. I have been impressed with his office and his help on this case. When I had a question or needed to talk to Scott or his assistant, Kristi, they accepted my phone call and answered my questions. If Kristi, didn't have the answer right away, she was getting back to me as soon as she could. It was nice that once I had my part done, they were doing all the behind the scene stuff and getting everything taken care of. Clearly a lot goes on behind the scene that gets done so the client isn't stressing over everything. I honestly thought that this would drag out for quite a long time. It has not at all. I have enjoyed my experience with working with Scott. I remember the day I went in to discuss talking to him and getting everything set up for him to represent me on this case. He was a down to earth guy and I knew that this was all going to work out in the end. I didn't have to worry about anything. I didn't have time to worry with having surgery around the time that I contacted Scott. Really appreciated all the work that Scott and his office did for me!! The office staff there was amazing too. They were always kind and courteous to me. I was never nervous going in the office at all. Thank you for all your help Scott Pauley and your office staff. I have greatly appreciated working with you!! I know where I am going in the future if I need an attorney.
